This property experienced some fire-damage, and it was essentially on the edge of being considered for demolition.
With a lot of hard work, we brought this property back to life, and gave it a whole new life!
This project involved a major clean; it was completed gutted back to it’s brick shell.
We performed needed structural work, and re-framed an updated layout for the living space. The walls were upgraded to R-20 worth of Polyurethane Spray Foam insulation. The Attic received a thorough air-sealing detail and R-50 worth of loose-fill cellulose insulation.
With a budget in-mind, we re-worked a used kitchen, and salvaged a jetted-tub, while maintain much of the original tile work.
Other upgrades included a new high-efficiency furnace, a sump pit and backwater valve, a Heat Recovery Ventilator, new windows, and new electrical wiring and lighting.
This project involved every component of a home retrofit!
In addition, beautiful artwork was completed on the exterior to highlight the beauty of the building and the area.
